Introducing, BodyTalking

And Happy 1 Year Anni to Club BodyTalk
What’s this audio above? Episode 01 of BodyTalking. Scroll down to learn more.

Yeah, it’s been a year since I launched this thing. Deciding to go down the sex education root has been huge for me. Eye-opening, empowering, and igniting.

The system has failed us. There is so much we are not taught about our bodies and interacting with other people, it’s honestly outrageous.

I just want to say a quick thanks for being on this ride for me. I hope you have found it as important as I do, and I am really excited to keep learning (and unlearning) and educating.

With that, I bring a few new things for this new year.

BodyTalking

An interview series. My goal here is to chat with people whose backgrounds and experiences differ from my own. My hope is for us to feel connected to others and learn something new. Unpack “taboo” topics so we can get comfortable with what is unknown to us (in order to grow, yay.)

My first interview is with Tori Lynn Leibovic. We talk about what it’s like to be diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder, DBT Therapy, and how that has dramatically changed her relationship with herself and others for the better.
